Client Information

- Regular communication between the emergency clinic and your family veterinarian is critical to providing optimal ongoing care for your pet. A copy of your pet’s medical record will be sent to your regular veterinarian shortly after discharge from the emergency clinic.

- Costs for emergency care will be comparable to those assessed by your regular veterinarian. Your pet’s health could be endangered by delaying treatment until regular office hours.

- A written estimate of expected charges will be presented upon request to all owners prior to performing any procedures.

- Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. Our hospital accepts cash, personal check, Mastercard and VISA for your convenience. Credit is not extended, however, participation with the Care Credit program is offered for those who qualify.

- Animals will not be hospitalized during hours that the clinic is closed. Pets requiring additional care must be picked-up or transferred to your family veterinarian by 8:00 AM of the next business day.
