Animal Emergency & Pet Care Clinic of The High Country

Client Information

- Regular communication between the emergency clinic and your family veterinarian is critical to providing optimal ongoing care for your pet. A copy of your pet’s medical record will be sent to your regular veterinarian shortly after discharge from the emergency clinic.

- Costs for emergency care will be comparable to those assessed by your regular veterinarian. Your pet’s health could be endangered by delaying treatment until regular office hours.

- A written estimate of expected charges will be presented upon request to all owners prior to performing any procedures.

- Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. Our hospital accepts cash, personal check, Mastercard, Discover and Visa for your convenience. Credit is not extended, however, participation with the Care Credit program is offered for those who qualify.

- Owners of animals admitted by the emergency service will be given the option of remaining at our hospital or transferring to your regular veterinarian if ongoing care is necessary.

- Pet owners who choose to utilize our daytime services have the added benefit of having all medical records easily accessible and in the same facility at all times.
