Thank you for choosing our facility to keep your pet while you are away! We provide quality lodging with a personal touch – every attempt will be made to give each of our guests individual love and attention during their stay with us. Your pet will be under the direct supervision of our veterinary technicians and lodging staff with on-site veterinarians and our emergency service just next door.
To ensure the protection of all of the pets in our care, we require that all pets be fully vaccinated for basic diseases. For dogs, this includes distemper/parvo, rabies and Bordetella. For cats, this includes FVRCP and rabies. If your pet’s vaccines are not current or if you are unable to provide proof of vaccination at the time of admission, appropriate vaccines will be administered and you will be charged accordingly.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL PARASITES:
All pets must be free of parasites, including fleas and ticks. If any parasites are observed during your pet’s stay, appropriate medications will be administered and the you will be charged accordingly.

Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am-10am, 4pm-6pm
LODGING CHECK-IN HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 3pm – 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: 4pm – 6pm
LODGING CHECK-OUT HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 11am
Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 10am
**For Drop-offs before 3pm, Monday – Friday, and 4pm, Saturday – Sunday, an $18.00 Daycare Fee will be applied.**
**For Pick-ups after 11am, Monday – Friday, and 10am, Saturday – Sunday, an $18.00 Daycare Fee will be applied.**
LODGING RATES AND PAYMENT:
Lodging rates are calculated on a daily basis. Payment in full is expected when your pet is picked-up.
Cat lodging: $20/night (single unit)
$30/night (double unit)
Dog lodging: Base cost is: $25/night per pet, for a single unit
$50/night per pet, for double connecting unit (based on availability)
Bear level (light activity): +$0/night surcharge, normal walks but no extended dog park time.
Deer level (moderate activity): +$5/night surcharge, one session (20-30 min.) in dog park
Chipmunk level (high activity): +$10/night surcharge, two sessions (20-30 min. each) in dog park
Additional pets qualify for a $5/night discount when housed together
Max Total Weight = 100 pounds per housing unit
Max Total Pets = 2 per housing unit
Feel free to bring any toys, treats or personal items that might make your pet’s stay more comfortable. We provide an elevated bed and a fleece pad for each pet. You may bring your own bedding but please be advised that personal bedding can become soiled or misplaced in the process of cleaning and many of these items cannot be laundered. We cannot be responsible for any items that are lost or soiled – collars and leashes may not be left at any time. We feed Royal Canin Gastrointestinal dry and canned food but you are welcome to bring your own food. If you choose to bring your own food, please use containers such as ziploc bags up to one gallon per bag.
If your pet requires medical attention while in our care, we will make every attempt to contact you to inform you of the situation. If we are unable to contact you at the emergency number provided, your pet will be treated as we deem necessary either at our on-site veterinary facility or at the neighboring emergency clinic depending on the nature of the condition. We are happy to provide an allowance of up to $300 for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of staying at our facility. The pet’s owner will be responsible for any medical charges over and above this amount or if the condition is deemed to be unrelated to their stay with us. This allowance will also provide appropriate medications should your pet develop problems from environmental or dietary changes during their stay or within 7 days of discharge. We take great care so that these problems won’t occur. Despite our best efforts, however, sometimes issues like vomiting, diarrhea, coughing and sneezing may be noticed.
It is our policy that all pets be clean when they are ready to go home – this generally means a light rinse and not a full bath. You are able to request that your pet have a full bath on the morning of discharge (dogs only) with the cost of this service charged to you. If you request a bath, we ask that 10AM be the earliest pick-up time to allow enough time for washing and drying.
Please notify us if there is any change of plans in your pet’s scheduled release date. If you do not notify us of a change in your pet’s departure date or we are unable to reach you or your authorized agent for a period of 14 days after your pet’s scheduled release date, we will consider your pet abandoned. Please be advised that the pet owner will be responsible for the fees accrued and any other fees or legal services incurred by the facility as a result of the abandonment.
Our outdoor exercise area has small enclosures for private activities in addition to large, open, fenced areas. We will take every precaution when evaluating a pet’s potential for safely interacting with other pets. Pets can also be leash-walked only if owners prefer this option. Please notify us at check-in if your pet has a history of not playing well with others.
